What is Lifeline? Lifeline is an FCC program that helps you pay for your telephone bill. The benefit provides eligible consumers with a monthly discount of up to $9.25. Consumers living on Tribal lands are eligible for an enhanced discount of up to $34.25 per month.
The ACP is a new program that supports affordable access to home internet (or Wi-Fi). Lifeline and ACP benefits can be applied to the same service plan (if your provider participates in both programs) for a total benefit of $39.25. You can also use your $30 ACP benefit with a different provider than your Lifeline benefit if you choose.

What is CEP? The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a non-pricing meal service option for schools and school districts in low-income areas. CEP allows the nation’s highest poverty schools and districts to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students without collecting household applications. Instead, schools that adopt CEP are reimbursed using a formula based on the percentage of students categorically eligible for free meals based on their participation in other specific means-tested programs, such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
