Last year, KC Digital Drive and the University of Missouri-Kansas City Innovation Center hosted (4) discovery workshops to help identify early stage companies and/or ideas that could be developed into businesses as to help Kansas City respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

KC Digital Drive has been working with several of these companies to help scale their project/business to become a permanent part of the Kansas City economy. But we don’t want to leave good ideas on the table. So, this workshop aims to highlight many more formative ideas that emerged from prior discovery sessions hosted in 2021, and is designed to help advance these concepts from Brief to Canvas to further spur local innovation deployment.
