The Kansas City Kansas Public Library’s eCard program provides access to a wealth of rich media content and informational resources known as the eCommunity. The eCommunity’s resources are accessible via a variety of channels, including online and mobile, and can be accessed by a user’s eCard account. Anyone residing in the Greater Kansas City area is eligible for an eCard.
