MO Goes Tech
Organizations are invited to apply for the first MO Goes Tech cohort, and each selected organization will receive a $2,000 microgrant that includes $1,000 for a stipend for the staff trainer and $1,000 is unrestricted funds to boost digital service capacity.
Hire KC – College Internships
Hire KC connects college students to Micro-Internships at local nonprofits who need the extra resources, creating a unique opportunity to prepare students for the digital workforce while helping to build up resilient community organizations in Kansas City.
School of Nursing Metaversity
KC Digital Drive has teamed up with the University of Kansas School of Nursing to develop and pilot the implementation of a virtual, immersive nursing school program to broaden access for prospective students from rural and urban areas in order to support and get students practice- and patient-care ready for new nurses.
Solutions Lab Ventures
Solutions Lab Ventures is an innovation-based entrepreneur support program managed by KC Digital Drive.

NTIA to Provide Over $2 Billion to Kansas and Missouri for Broadband Expansion
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) recently announced the funding amounts each state will receive through the Broadband Equity, Access & Deployment (BEAD) program. The BEAD program is a $42.5 billion federal grant program that will fund the construction of broadband networks to unserved and underserved areas across the country.
